These covers are molded from black polyethylene plastic. They cover the full face of the flange and have 4 each integrated plugs to hold them on to the flange. These covers are stock and come in sizes 1/2″-12″ and in 150, 300, and 600 pressures. Most sizes for ring joint flanges are also available in this style.
